  • Welcome to Zohandy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and website (the “Services”). By registering, browsing, or booking through Zohandy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

  • As a user (“you”), you affirm you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Zohandy connects you with independent vendors and professionals offering residential and commercial services, including but not limited to handyman work, TV mounting, HVAC repair, plumbing, painting, and smart-home installations. We facilitate scheduling, payment processing, and customer support; the actual work is performed by third-party service providers.

  • All prices are as quoted at booking. You authorize Zohandy to charge your chosen payment method at completion of service. Cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a fee. Zohandy may hold funds in escrow until service satisfaction is confirmed or the dispute‐resolution period lapses.

  • Access & Safety: Ensure clear, safe access to the work area. Remove any hazards or obstacles.

  • Accurate Scope: Provide truthful descriptions of your project. Notify your provider of any special circumstances (pets, fragile items, restricted areas).

  • Communication: Respond promptly to provider inquiries and appointment reminders.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay service or result in additional charges.

  • Your privacy is important. We collect and process your personal data (contact details, service history, payment information) to operate our platform, fulfill bookings, and improve our Services.   • Zohandy’s liability is limited to the total service fees you paid for the booking. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from delays, property damage, or personal injury caused by third-party providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zohandy disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify you via email or in‐app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
