    Short version: you keep the majority of every job, tips are 100% yours, and you can cash out from the app when funds are available.

    Commission & Tiers

    💼 Standard Pro: You receive 75% of the job labor price.

    🏆 Elite Pro (after 300 completed jobs): You receive 85% of the job labor price.

    💙 Tips: 100% to you, on top of your commission.

    🧾 Materials/parts: Reimbursed at cost when pre-approved with receipt upload (not commissionable).

    What Earnings Are Calculated On

    📊 Job Subtotal (labor only) after discounts, before taxes/fees.

    🚫 Sales tax, platform service fees, and payment processing fees are not part of your commission base.

    ➕ Add-ons you complete (and customers approve in-app) are included in your labor subtotal.

    Withdrawals / Payouts

    🏦 Where: In the app → EarningsWithdraw.

    💰 Available balance: Completed jobs that have cleared the quality/chargeback hold (see “Holds”).

    🔗 Destination: Verified bank account (ACH). Ensure your legal name and routing/account numbers are correct.

    📬 Status updates: You’ll see “Pending → Processing → Paid” in the Earnings screen.

    Quality & Safety Hold (to protect everyone)

    🛡️ New Pros: First 20 jobs: Zohandy may hold up to 10% of each payout for 7 days to cover rare callbacks/chargebacks. Automatically relaxes as your account builds history.

    📈 Good Standing: After the ramp-up period, holds become minimal or dynamic based on risk (disputes, late arrivals, outlier refunds).

    🔁 Release: Held amounts auto-release to your available balance when the hold period ends and no issues are open.

    Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

    Customer late-cancel: If a customer cancels inside the short-notice window, you’re eligible for a partial payout (configurable per market).

    ⏱️ Pro late/no-show: May reduce payout for that job and affect eligibility for Elite. Repeat issues can trigger temporary suspension.

    📣 Always update ETA in the app to avoid penalties.

    Chargebacks, Claims & Back-Charges

    🧾 Proof-of-completion required: Before/after photos, model/serial (when applicable), and customer sign-off in the app.

    🔍 Disputes: If a verified workmanship issue arises within the warranty window, Zohandy may assign a callback. Unresolved negligence can be back-charged up to the cost of remedy.

    💳 Card chargebacks: If a bank reverses payment, related earnings may be held until resolved. Good documentation protects your payout.

    Rules That Protect Your Earnings

    💵 No off-platform payments. Taking cash/Zelle/Venmo outside the app forfeits coverage and may suspend your account.

    📱 All add-ons must be customer-approved in the app to be payable.

    🧾 Receipts are required for materials reimbursement; upload before closing the job.

    🖼️ Photos: Always capture before/after and any model/serial stickers for appliances.

    Taxes & Documents (US)

    🧾 Independent contractor (1099). Submit a W-9 in the app.

    📬 Zohandy issues a 1099-NEC when legally required; you are responsible for your taxes.

    Examples

    🧮 $200 job (labor subtotal), Standard Pro 75%: You earn $150 + any tip. (If $25 materials were pre-approved, you’re reimbursed $25 separately.)

    🧮 $200 job (labor subtotal), Elite Pro 85%: You earn $170 + any tip + approved materials at cost.

    How to Withdraw

    📲 Open the app → EarningsWithdraw → choose amount & confirm.

    🔐 First withdrawal requires bank/KYC verification.

    🚦 If a job is under a temporary hold (see above), that portion won’t be available until released.
